This policy applies to the website popz-production.com. The online stores maldire.com and maldireb2b.com have their own privacy policies.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Squarespace Ireland Limited, Le Pole House, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits, in particular IP address, date and time of the request, pages requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Squarespace processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement; where data is transferred to the United States, this takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses.

3. Cookies

This website uses cookies that are technically necessary to operate the site securely, for example the security cookie “crumb” of our hosting provider. They are set on the basis of § 25 (2) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Our hosting provider can additionally set statistics cookies (“ss_cvr”, “ss_cvt”), which measure visits to the website in aggregated form. Cookies that are not technically necessary are used only with your consent (§ 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); you can give or decline your consent in the cookie notice shown on your first visit, and change or withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

4. Fonts and embedded images

Fonts and images on this website are delivered through the content delivery networks of our hosting provider and its font partners. To load them, your browser transmits your IP address to the respective servers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and fast presentation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

5. Contact by email and contact form

If you write to us by email or use the contact form on this website, we process the details you provide (name, email address, content of the message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Messages sent through the contact form are transmitted by our hosting provider and forwarded to us by email. To protect the form against automated abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA, a service of Google Ireland Limited; for this purpose your IP address and usage data of the form page are transmitted to Google when you use the form (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Our email service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as our processor. We delete enquiries once they are no longer required, subject to statutory retention periods.

6. Applications

If you apply for a position with us, we process your application data solely to carry out the application procedure (§ 26 BDSG, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Application data is deleted no later than six months after the procedure has ended, unless you have agreed to a longer retention.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it rectified (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), the right to data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, an email to projects@popz-production.com is sufficient.

8. Supervisory authority
